Silao. – One of the main goals of the first Logistics Aerospace Park in Guanajuato will be to establish new sectors and firms with a significant economic impact for the state.
On Tuesday February 28, authorities along with entrepreneurs placed the first stone of Skyplus facilities, which will start operating at the end of this year.
Skyplus aims to become a state-of-the-art facility, and the first of its kind, for aerospace manufacturing and logistics.
In addition, these new complex will be the most avant-garde and sophisticated aerospace logistics park in the country, featuring the latest technology and specialized infrastructure.
There is a space of 80 hectares inside the logistics center of Guanajuato Puerto Interior, surrounding the Bajio International Airport, said Gabriel Soto, real estate director of SkyPlus.
Governor Miguel Marquez Márquez said: “Today we offer you not only infrastructure; we also offer you certainty, we gave our word, and we are going to fulfill it.”
The park will feature large green areas, hydraulic concrete tracks, industrial area, control room, aeronautical operations, commercial and service areas, 34 lots of land for industrial use, office building, commercial center and other services.
