A free smart phone app is available in San Miguel to allow citizens to report on illegal or risky public situations — other than crimes — that local authorities can address, thanks to a new nonprofit organization called Observatorio Ciudadano de los Sanmiguelenses, A.C. Examples of situations that can be reported include traffic problems, urban development problems and ecological damage.
Come to Rotary Tuesday, May 9, at 12:30 p.m. to hear OCSMA President Gerardo Aguilera speak about this new app.
The meeting will be at Hotel Mision, Salida a Queretaro 1, and will be free and open to the public.
Rotary is where neighbors, friends and problem-solvers share ideas, join leaders, and take action to create lasting change. For more information, contact President Nate Fultz at [email protected].
