Etcheverry, together with Mayor Ricardo Villarreal, inaugurated this new space that was named Juan Ignacio ‘Juani’ Torres Landa Cultural Center, in honor of Azul’s father, who was a prominent  of the Guanajuato society.

Both Villarreal and Etcheverry highlighted the joint work regardless of political party colors or ideologies, that will result in the benefit of San Miguel families.
