Queretaro’s Energy cluster will develop an educational network

The Queretaro Energy Cluster will work on the creation of a network of educational institutions to establish the academic profiles demanded by this growing sector.

The above will be headed by the Human Capital commission of the new cluster, which will be the reference point for the attraction and negotiation of national and international certification courses, at preferential prices for local companies.

This action has the purpose of promoting the formation of the professional talent necessary and appropriate for the development of the energy industry of Querétaro, informed the head of the Human Capital commission of the new Energy Cluster, Maddalen Gil Lopez De Lacalle.

As part of the governing body of the cluster, promoted by the Employers Confederation of the Mexican Republic (Coparmex) in Querétaro, Gil Lopez De Lacalle will work to place the new industrial association as the liaison with the specialized certification bodies, in order to accelerate the specialization of state human resources.

The also academic director of Engineering careers at the Mondragón University of Mexico (UMx) explained that the Human Capital commission will focus its efforts on obtaining financial support for the development of a diagnostic study of the sector.

Previously, López De Lacalle mentioned that the UMx joined the Coparmex Energy Commission project to promote the link between companies and the university.
