San Miguel de Allende hosted the LXIV Legislature of the Congress of the State of Guanajuato with the Solemn Session in the framework of the celebration of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Generalissimo Don Ignacio de Allende y Unzaga, in the municipality of San Miguel de Allende, ” American Capital of Culture. ”
