A video has gone viral on social networks in which the Mexican actor Pablo Lyle, can be seen punching a man on the face, in the streets of Miami, Florida, after a minor traffic incident.

The video captured by surveillance cameras on Wednesday April 3rd, shows the moment in which Lyle throws a punch to the face of the man who was hospitalized and died hours later.

According to unofficial versions, Lyle was being taken to the airport on a red SUV, when the driver tried to make a U turn in front of another car, whose driver got off and hit the window of the car in which Lyle was traveling as a passenger.     Ver esta publicación en Instagram

After the drivers exchanged words, Lyle himself gets off the car and hits the man of Cuban origin on the face leaving him unconscious on the pavement. Witnesses notified the police, so the 32-year-old actor was arrested.

In the arrest warrant it was specified that the blow had caused a wound in the skull and an internal hemorrage, for which the assaulted had to be taken to Miami’s Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was admitted in intensive care; however, the man passed away hours later as a consequence of the injuries caused by the blow.

Lyle was released after posting a $ 5,000 USD bail, on Wednesday afternoon, when the victim was still alive, he was able to get on a plane and leave the US towards Mexico.

When it was known that the victim had died, the Mexican press tried to reach Lyle, but the actor just replied: “I can not speak absolutely nothing about this situation”.

If the actor of the film “Mirreyes vs. Godinez” decides to stay in Mexico, he can be summoned via the Foreign Relations Secretariat and comply with the necessary formalities for such cases. However, it said that he could reach an economic agreement with the relatives of the deceased to avoid going to jail for homicide.
