“The last will and testament is a program of a social nature implemented in Mexico due to large amount of people who passes away without a will, leaving many problems and sometimes confrontations amongst family members. There is a need to create awareness.  Dying without a will,  can become a burden to the heirs since the case will have to go to a succession trial and the resolution times might long and with multiple expenses. All of that can be avoided with a simple, inexpensive procedure” he stated.
