The new transport routes in San Miguel de Allende are for passengers in general to improve their mobility towards the upper part of the municipality.
SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE. – As of Monday, February 20, public transport routes 2, 3, and 28 were expanded, so that students, parents, and passengers, in general, improve their mobility towards the upper part of the municipality.
The public service goes to the campuses of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), the San Miguel Institute, the University of Professional Development (Unidep) and the Technological University of San Miguel de Allende (UTSMA).
Specifically, route 2 will now depart from downtown San Miguel, towards the Technological, Industrial, and Services Baccalaureate (CBTis 60), route 3 will leave from the Insurgentes neighborhood and route 28 will depart from the La Esmeralda subdivision, and all will arrive at the door of the universities.
Authorities point out that this expansion does not alter the already established route and maintains the fixed schedules, which will allow young people from San Miguel and their parents to reach the university area more easily and quickly.
