The work of Maestro Leonardo Da Vinci will be in display at the Temple of San Francisco.
The exhibition of the Italian artist Leonardo Da Vinci arrives in San Miguel de Allende where you can see his machines and sketches.
The exhibition ‘Sketches, Flying Machines, mechanisms and paintings of Leonardo Da Vinci’ arrived from Italy to San Miguel de Allende and is on display in the halls of the Temple of San Francisco.
The exhibition consists of 22 paintings and 12 flying machines based on sketches made by the polymath Leonardo Da Vinci. These works have been exhibited in Italy, France, and Mexico City.
On this occasion, they arrive in San Miguel de Allende in a temporary exhibition that is open from Tuesday to Sunday next to the Temple of San Francisco, located in the historic center of the city.
Visitors will be able to take a tour of Da Vinci’s life through a projection and will see replicas of his most emblematic works, such as La Gioconda, La Última Cena, and La Dama de Ermine.
In addition to appreciating the machines built from his sketches, such as flying machines, vehicles, and instruments of war.
The cost of admission is 120 pesos with discounts for students, teachers, and senior citizens who present their INAPAM ID.
The exhibition opens from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and will remain on the premises until December.
