Mexico, Aug. 13 (Notimex).- Aeromexico announced that from November 17 to April 28, 2019, will cover the route Mexico City – Belize, destination that becomes the international route number 50 of the Mexican airline.
“The route helps us increase the global connectivity network. This achievement is another sign that we continue to work to offer a better product to our customers, eliminating any barrier between countries, regions and people, “said Executive Director of Revenues of Aeromexico, Anko van der Werff.
He recalled that the first destination outside of Mexico was New York in the year of 1957, time in which the airline undertook a path of much effort and work to offer travelers greater options to connect them with the world.
In a statement, he explained that the cultural and natural riches of Belize make this destination have much to offer tourists who like little explored places, such as entering the second largest barrier reef in the world.
As well as diving through the 120-meter-deep Blue Hole, or discovering the beauty of the archaeological sites of the Mayan culture of Caracol, Altun Ha, Xunantunich or Lamanai, surrounded by lush jungles.
He specified that the route will operate with two weekly frequencies on Saturdays and Sundays, with departure from the International Airport of Mexico City at 08:30 and from Belize the flight will take off at 12:00 hours.
