Mexican regional music released a song in honor of President-elect Claudia Sheinbaum and also dedicated to all women in politics.
Gonzalo Peña, nicknamed “La Pantera del Corrido”, dedicated his latest song to Claudia Sheinbaum, titled “Más c4brona que bonita” (More c4brona than pretty), in which he alludes to the career of the next president of Mexico.
From the regional Mexican subgenre, the song is very faithful to the style of the Corrido, highlighting the virtues of the president-elect and referring to the opposition’s discontent.
Although the song’s video only uses images of Sheinbaum, “La Pantera del Corrido” also refers to women’s performance in politics.
