Biden made another “moment” when he introduced Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as “President Putin” after a meeting of NATO leaders in Washington. “I want to turn the floor over to the president of Ukraine, who has both courage and determination,” Biden said from the podium with Zelensky next to him.
