Libia Dennise García meets with Claudia Sheinbaum; they discuss security and water projects for Guanajuato
During her visit to Mexico City, the governor-elect stressed the importance of addressing the issue of security in the state.
The governor-elect of Guanajuato, Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo, met with the president-elect of the Republic, Claudia Sheinbaum, to present the main government projects for the next administration, among which the issue of security and water for Guanajuato stands out.
During her visit to Mexico City, the governor-elect stressed the importance of addressing the issue of security in the state, a crucial challenge for the well-being of citizens.
García Muñoz Ledo highlighted the need for close collaboration with the federation to achieve a true restoration of peace in the region.
In addition to security issues, the meeting also focused on the presentation of important infrastructure projects. Among these, is the construction of the Silao-San Felipe highway, a project that promises to significantly improve connectivity and economic development in the region.
The governor-elect also presented an energy project, which seeks to strengthen the state’s energy infrastructure, as well as a water project, aimed at addressing the challenges related to water supply and management in Guanajuato.
