All of the fresh crafted produce at panio is made within contemporary spaces carefully designed with great respect for colonial architecture of San Miguel de Allende.

The patisserie in Panio give rise to the great French classics such as lemon tarts, eclairs, cakes, Belgian chocolate, accompanied by products from other countries such as scones and muffins.
