The most complete San Miguel de Allende travel guide by Sunset Magazine, recommends to sleep in a comfortable place while visiting this destination: CASAS MAXIM, which has three modern, comfortable apartments; a two-bedroom penthouse, which sports a private terrace with a stunning view, starts at $155 U.S. a day.

According to Airbnb, CASAS MAXIM features a large, contemporary, light-filled space: living room, fireplace, skylights, stone staircase, dining room, kitchen and half bath on the first floor, 2 bedrooms above, each in its own level floor. Both rooms have king-size beds, full bathrooms, and private terrace with a magnificent view.

Strategically located on Calle Chorro, one of San Miguel’s most iconic and historic streets, CASAS MAXIM consists of 3 homes, two 1-bedrooms, and one 2-bedrooom, all separated by private gardens and terraces.

Each “Casa” has its own character (more fully described above), and is independently functional with king-size beds, imported linens, full kitchens and baths.

Every home has an iPod docking station, flat screen TV and an individual security system; the entire property is serviced by a purified water system, WiFi, and cable.

The full time staff includes maid, gardener and handyman. Meals and other services are available on request.

Their terrace and their home is private to them; no one else has access.
