Hampton Inn by Hilton, the mid-priced global hotel chain recognized for providing travelers with their “Hamptonality” service, announced on June 22 that Hampton Inn by Hilton Leon has received a Certificate of Excellence.
Now in its seventh year, the achievement recognizes the hospitality industry businesses that got excellent traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. The winners of the Certificate of Excellence include accommodations, restaurants and attractions from around the world that continually provide high quality customer service.
“At Hampton Inn by Hilton Leon, we are very proud to receive this important recognition, which reflects our focus and commitment to creating memorable experiences for all our guests at each and every stay,” said Jonathan Chavez, general manager of the hotel, ” A Certificate of Excellence that reflects the voice of our guests who had the opportunity to experience our service, and it is also the result of our Team Members’ passion to provide a service of excellence”.
“TripAdvisor is pleased to announce the winners of the 2017 Certificate of Excellence, which recognizes hotel industry businesses that consistently received high praise and ratings from travelers,” said Heather Leisman, vice president of marketing for The industry, TripAdvisor. “This recognition allows us to publicly honor businesses that actively interact with customers and use feedback to help travelers identify the right hotel and book their reservations with confidence at the right price.”
The Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity and timeliness of the opinions that TripAdvisor travelers send out over a period of 12 months. To be able to get it, a business must maintain an overall rating of at least four out of five bubbles on TripAdvisor, have a minimum number of reviews and have had an active profile on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.
