According to Travel Pulse, Utrip has partnered with the state of Guanajuato, Mexico, to bring its artificial trip-planning intelligence to a multilingual platform.
Utrip is an AI-driven program that provides travelers a way to build deeper engagement in a destination through curated content, sophisticated algorithms and other technologies.
The program works with the traveler, building a deep understanding of what they want to do during their trip. It sorts through millions of options, must-see sights, activities, dining options and more to help create a personalized itinerary for each individual traveler or group.
Now with Guanajuato, Utrip takes a leap into multilingual trip planning, further enhancing the product.
“I’m especially excited about our new partnership with the state of Guanajuato,” said Gilad Berenstein, CEO and founder of Utrip.
“We strive to make trip planning easy, enjoyable and personal for travelers, and this relationship is a big step in helping us further that mission around the world,” Berenstein added.
“While this is our first Spanish-English partnership, we now have the capabilities to offer the Utrip platform to our partners in any language. The team here at Utrip has also been working hard to roll out our latest version of Utrip PRO, and we’re thrilled to offer this enhanced product to our partners so that they can better engage with their customers.”
Utrip users tend to plan longer trips and have better guest experiences, an important aspect for tourism officials promoting and encouraging engagement in their destinations. Offering services in multiple languages will deepen the Utrip experience for users.
Utrip users will now be able to discover all that Guanajuato has to offer through its enhanced user interface. The new Utrip upgrades make exploring destinations even easier for travelers and help Utrip partners leverage traveler profile data.
Guanajuato is thrilled to be among the first to debut this new technological capability.
“Guanajuato is one of Mexico’s most popular states for tourists, and we continue to grow as a destination for all travel, including national and international leisure, business, honeymoons and family vacations,” said Fernando Olivera, Secretary of Tourism of Guanajuato.
“Our partnership with Utrip will help every kind of visitor explore and enjoy Guanajuato to the fullest,” Olivera added.
Guanajuato, known for one of the world’s most popular destinations: San Miguel de Allende. It is a major tourism destination in Mexico and through its partnership with Utrip, visitors will be able to create more in-depth itineraries and craft longer stays in the destination, discovering the area’s hidden gems, attractions and more.
