Staff of Queretaro’s State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) seized about 10 kilograms of cocaine and “crystal”, after conducting a search operation in two buildings of the Lomas de San Ángel neighborhood, in the municipality of Querétaro.
During this operation, two people were arrested and charged with possession of narcotics and intent of distribution.
Through police intelligence actions, the Specialized Narcomenudeo Investigation Unit, detected the exact location of the property from which they were disributing the drugs, therefore, a specialized Prosecutor requested and obtained from the judicial authority the order to enter and search the premises.
During the operation, about 1.8 kilograms of cocaine, and 8.8 kilograms of the synthetic drug, known as “Crystal” were found.
Two suspects were arrested, accused of possession of prohibited substances and crimes against health. The legal situation of the detainees is still to be determined by the proper authorities.
