The International Balloon Festival is about to celebrate its 17th edition and as it is custom again the stars of this festival will be 200 balloons from 23 countries.
From 16 to 19 November the sky of León, Guanajuato is full of colors, thousands of national and foreign visitors are captivated with the beauty of one of the three most important ballooning events in the world.
