Dolores Hidalgo, Gto. A man was murdered on Friday, November 2, right at the entrance of his home, in Colonia San Pedro, Second Section in the town of Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato.
A firearm and several used shells were found at the crime scene.
The incident took place on November 2nd at dawn, at a nearby address between the Jesus Maria and Adjuntas del Río communities, about five kilometers from downtwon Dolores.
In relation to this crime, a witness said that he was inside his home and heard several gunshots, so when he went out to see what was going on, he saw his neighbor, identified as Gerardo “N”, 41, was at the doorway of his house, lying on a pool of blood and the door was open.
Municipal public security received the report at 12:00 am and immediately went to the site; when arriving at the scene, agents of the Special Unit in Investigation of Homicide (UEIH), found the corpse.
Later, agents of the Attorney General’s Office of the State arrived onsite, to conduct the proper investigations in order to clarify this facts and search for the people responsible for this crime.
