Mexican band Bronco, victims of robbery in the state of Guanajuato

Grupo Bronco is a Mexican Grupero band from Nuevo León. Bronco’s modern take on the Norteño style in the ’80s and ’90s helped earn them a number of international hits, Now, they made a return to the stages nationwide with extra force, and with desire to stay many more years up there and bringing more success to their outstanding career.

But on Dec. 19th, a truck carrying the musical instruments of the Bronco band that was heading to the Celaya Fair was assaulted.

Through a statement on their social networks, the Mexican music band reported the robbery, assuring that the vehicle was on its way to the city of Caceres, Guanajuato, that their crew became victims of the organized crime groups that operate in the state.

Despite this situtation, Bronco decided to continue with their plans for December 21st, because they do not want to disappoint their fans. They also informed that they have already notified the corresponding authorities so that their equipment can be located and returned.

Through a newsletter the municipality of Celaya announced that police located a truck with the characteristics provided to the emergency number 911, with theft in force which was stolen violently on the road Celaya – Apaseo El Grande, owned by the Bronco group

According to the information, the vehicle was located in the 3 Guerras neighborhood, Apaseo El Grande municipality,  near 4:00 in the afternoon on December 19th, while the police conducted a search operation. It is not known if the groups instruments and electronic equipment was still inside the vehicle or not.
