Spain’s Ángela Ponce breaks paradigms in Miss Universe
After the Spanish Ángela Ponce, the first transsexual woman to participate in Miss Universe, was cut off in the first round of the final gala, the audience dismissed her with a standing ovation.
The Spaniard returned alone to the catwalk, where she was effusively acclaimed by the public at the Bangkok Convention Center.
