Mazatlan, Sinaloa.- The Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlan will tour various cities of the Mexican Republic, with the intention of promoting the International Carnival of Mazatlan, to be held from February 27 to March 5, 2019.
At a press conference held at the Barracruda’s Olas Altas restaurant, Óscar Blancarte Pimentel, director of the Institute of Culture, announced that they will visit more than 15 cities, the tour will begin in Torreón and Durango on Friday 18 and Saturday 19 January.

Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Leon, Monterrey, Los Mochis, Guasave, Culiacan, Obregon, Hermosillo, Guanajuato, Zacatecas and Guadalajara, are among the cities where the kings and queens of the Mazatlan Carnival 2018 will be promoting this year’s event.
This way, the Municipal Institute of Culture, Tourism and Art of Mazatlan reinforces the collaboration between entrepreneurs whose businesses are located on Paseo de Olas Altas, with the intention of benefiting local commerce during Mazatlan’s Carnival 2019.
