CAMINO Las Cañas, inaugurated by governor Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo.
In the delivery of this work, the governor, Diego Sinhue said that San Miguel de Allende is an example of the work between society and the government, “this work is a sample of the joint commitment. They are not alone, they have my word that I will work hard in 2021 ”.
On behalf of the beneficiaries, the community delegate, Carmen Zúñiga said: “we did not believe that it was going to be done in such a short time. Now our transfer times are shortened, it is much better for us and we hope it will be the first of many more ”.
This 6.71-kilometer-long road was rehabilitated with asphalt pavement, thanks to the ‘Connecting My Rural Road’ program promoted by the state government through the Ministry of Agrifood and Rural Development (SDAyR).
The amount of the investment reaches 15 million pesos and was a resource between the state and the municipality, thanks to this, more than 700 San Miguel residents who live in Las Cañas and other nearby communities were benefited from the rehabilitation.
