Following the successful inaugural North America’s 50 Best Bars event in New York, this awards ceremony will unite the North American bar community and recognize the best bars from across the continent in San Miguel de Allende.
San Miguel de Allende will once again host the “ North America’s 50 Best Bars ” award. San Miguel de Allende, a city recognized for its beauty, will once again be the epicenter of the night scene of these prestigious mixology industry awards, which will return for a third edition to this UNESCO World Heritage city, culminating with the ceremony awards ceremony next Tuesday, April 23.
Following the successful inaugural North America’s 50 Best Bars 2022 event in New York City, this awards ceremony will unite the North American bar community and recognize the best bars from across the continent in San Miguel de Allende. For the second time, the event will highlight the world’s leading cocktail scene and celebrate the best bartending talent during three days of activities in this city of great architectural and cultural beauty.
«After a successful edition of North America’s 50 Best Bars in San Miguel de Allende last year, we are delighted to return to Mexico for what will undoubtedly be an event with a captivating program. During the event, the Bartenders’ Feast will take place the night before the reveal of North America’s 50 Best Bars 2024. This will be followed by a live countdown and awards ceremony on April 23, culminating with the reveal of special awards and, of course, The Best Bar in North America 2024 .

This prestigious listing compiled by 270 anonymous hospitality industry experts from the US, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean will also announce the winners of two special awards designed to recognize the exceptional achievements of a bar and bartender during 2023 :
- Michter’s Art of Hospitality : This recognition brings together the votes of all members of the North America’s 50 Best Bars Academy and recognizes the bar where they had the best hospitality experience .
- Senior Bartenders’ Bartender : This award brings together the votes of bartenders behind the bar, who nominate a colleague who promoted the art of bartending, in order to support the recovery of the bar sector after the pandemic.
