More industry partners are joining the use of new technologies in the Real Estate sector.
To respond to current demands in technology, streamline production processes, optimize sales and advertising, and enter the world of new technologies, the National Chamber of the Housing Development and Promotion Industry in Yucatan (Canadevi) announced that It will rise to industry 5.0, which includes artificial intelligence (AI), augmented reality and tokenization, among others.
The president of Canadevi in the State of Yucatan, Sergei López Cantón, pointed out that it is already a reality that more industry partners are joining the use of new technologies in their businesses, to streamline not only production processes but also sales quotes and dealing with potential clients, through chatbots.
He shared that more and more Canadevi companies are turning to look at these technologies and highlighted that AI is one of the most implemented, particularly in construction processes, where there is a very interesting project that proposes a flight with a drone that integrates a camera. and that detects the progress of the unit and the building and generates a work progress report and a payment estimate for the contractor.
“We also have AI elements in the marketing and advertising part that detect a little of people’s interests and tastes and through this, they generate specialized campaigns for this particular sector… in administrative processes that may be topics of some kind.” supplier payment process, among others,” he noted.
Promotion of the real estate sector of Yucatán
And in that sense, Canadevi in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Labor (Sofoet) announced the first edition of the “Real Estate Tech”, an unprecedented event on the peninsula that will take place on August 21 at the Center of Yucatán Siglo XXI Conventions, with hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
López Cantón highlighted that the objective of this event is to promote digital transformation in the real estate sector, as well as promote the adoption of innovative technologies that improve efficiency, transparency, and experience for all actors involved in this industry. There will be the participation of 18 already confirmed companies.
He stressed that “Real Estate Tech” has been meticulously planned to explore and discuss how technology is revolutionizing the real estate sector. There, he emphasized, leaders, entrepreneurs, and industry experts will meet to share their knowledge about the trends that transform the way real estate projects are conceived, developed, sold, rented, and managed.
For his part, the head of Sefoet, Ernesto Herrera Novelo, celebrated that Canadevi marks a step forward in holding this type of event, as he highlighted that Yucatán is advancing at notable steps in the 5.0 industry and the attraction of new investments in turn they generate more jobs in the region.
“There is nothing better than working with organized chambers, so that we can be calm and that if we are going to upload a real estate portal we talk to serious people who support their projects, and what better way to do it than in Canadevi, because Yucatán is distinguished by its security, legal certainty and the rule of law,” he concluded.
