US President Joe Biden expressed his support for Vice President Kamala Harris as a presidential candidate.
After several incidents and voices raised against him, Joe Biden announced this Sunday that he is abandoning the United States presidential race.
The 81-year-old Democrat published a statement in which he said that although he intended to run for re-election, “I believe that the best thing for my party and my country is for me to resign.”
After this announcement, the American president offered his support and support for Kamala Harris to obtain the Democratic candidacy for the presidency of the United States, as he added that it is time for unity and defeat Donald Trump.
He said that choosing her as his vice presidential candidate in 2020 has been the best decision he has ever made.
