On March 21st, Rosewood San Miguel de Allende will offer the Sun Awakening experience, designed to revitalize body and mind in a calm environment connected to nature.
From 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., attendees will participate in a healthy living seminar with tips on nutrition and emotional well-being, personal training sessions, yoga classes, and guided meditation.
The day will conclude with a lively salsa class and a delicious three-course meal at Pirules Garden Kitchen.
