QUERÉTARO, Qro – “Abilia”, an important Mexican real estate developer, in the execution of huge Mixed-Use projects, currently develops “Latitud La Victoria”, which is one of the finest residential, commercial and business developments throughout the Bajío Region. The project is located on “Prolongación Constituyentes”, in the city of Querétaro, and it is expected to partially open in July 2017.
Juan Miguel Saavedra, Abilia project manager, said: “We expect to carry out the official opening in August 2017. We are launching our commercial area, where attractions and stores such as Cinépolis and Sears, among others will be established. Besides, a business district and several housing areas will be opened soon.”

The commercial area shows an advance of 95 percent.
The residential area, featuring luxury apartments, is in pre-delivery stage, so customers are pre-paying for their apartments. In the next weeks we must finish with the delivery, signing the public deeds.
Currently, the phases two and three are under construction, the first one will be delivered in September, while the second phase be finished by November, which are made up of residential towers.”
The housing project “Latitud La Victoria” contemplates the development of four towers with 120 apartments each. The construction will start this year.
In addition, the project director explained that a hotel is being built by Grupo Posadas that will be completed by the end of the year and could start operating by the beginning of 2018.
The mixed use is comprised of 7 residential buildings, two office towers, two hotels, one operated by Grupo Posadas, and a shopping mall. It will feature more than 600 apartments; 16,100 offices, 163,872 square meters of commercial use areas, integrated by restaurants, shops, movie theaters and other service areas, and so forth, 80% of these commercial spaces are already sold.
