1 Virgin’s Tears (Lágrimas de la Virgen)

4 Cebadina
Cebadina is one of the traditional drinks, it is carbonated, it is made with pineapple vinegar with tamarind and cooked jamaica; it is left to rest in an oak barrel and when it is going to drink, a small spoonful of baking soda per glass is added, so it must be taken at the moment because it starts to rise and bubble and can spill.
