“This is just the first step, we want to grant more credits. With the establishment of a largest automotive cluster here, our labor is to involve all automotive workers in these kinds of programs, aiming to get the best results”.

INFONAVIT is currently financing more than 421 thousand houses in Guanajuato, and last year they granted 21,500 credits, generating a significant economic impact of more than 8.1 billion pesos (approx. 400 million USD).

Therefore, in the state of Guanajuato, there are more than 80 thousand beneficiaries, who have an INFONAVIT credit.

“By 2017, more than 25 thousand credits will be provided, with an economic impact of around 10 billion pesos (4.8 million USD), although it will able to be superior of the approved budget, but our goal must be real and conservative”, the Federal director concluded.
