There is no universally accepted definition of what a public mass shooting is, however, against the typical political speech, it has been Americans who have committed most of the attacks on people in US soil since September 11, 2001. The US has nearly twice as many guns as Yemen, the country with the next-highest gun ownership rate in the world.

What will it take to stop the blood shed?
