The Ministry of Infrastructure, Connectivity, and Mobility (SICOM), invited construction companies to participate in the national public tender to execute the first stage contemplated in the Master Plan for the Campus of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), in San Miguel de Allende.
The construction of the first stage of the UNAM Extension, in San Miguel de Allende, includes a building that will house two polyclinics on the ground floor, in addition to classrooms and sanitary modules; meanwhile, the upper floor of the same building will accommodate more classrooms and sanitary modules.
In addition, complementary works will be carried out, including a machine room, an electrical and hydraulic support system, and a cistern that will provide drinking water to the students, academic and support staff.
“The Governor of the State, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, has a firm commitment to promote higher education, for the benefit of all the young people of Guanajuato; for this reason, the plan to allocate around 42 million pesos for this work, “said SICOM head Tarcisio Rodríguez Martínez, who explained that the call was published on Tuesday, July 28 and the ruling will be announced next August 27th.
