San Miguel de Allende, Gto. With the exhibition “Magical Mexico and Surrealism”, the Municipal Government continues to promote San Miguel art, in an effort to highlight the artistic talent of the region.
The Directorate of Culture and Traditions, in collaboration with Cuéllar Gallery, has organized this painting exhibition in order to promote and promote local art.
As part of the activities scheduled for this Saturday, February 17, the presentation of the comic “Stories: Nicolás Cuéllar, the painter of San Miguel de Allende” will take place, along with the narration of the story “La calle de Nicolás Cuéllar: Apparition or legend?”, in the House of Culture located in the downtown area.
The pictorial exhibition will be open to the general public at the Ángela Peralta theater, the emblematic cultural venue of this city declared a World Heritage Site, until next Friday, February 23. This exhibition offers art lovers the opportunity to appreciate the richness of Mexican culture from a surreal perspective, reflected in the works of its author.
By highlighting the local artistic scene, the Government of San Miguel de Allende continues to support and promote the region’s talent, thus contributing to enriching popular culture and consolidating this municipality as a bastion of art and creativity.
